People shoul drink water to keep healty. In a day we usually doing many activity, we should walking, working, exercise, eating, sleeping. Since we loosing water  from urine and sweat. So, drinking water is important option to prevent dehydration,
There are many different opinions on how much water you should be drinking every day. Health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon. This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember. Therefore, not many people realize that the rules drinking water 8 glasses or 2 liters a day do not have strong scientific evidence.
We should drinking water 1-2 glasses a day after wake up. drinking water after wake up can refill lost fluids when you are asleep for 7-8 hours. In addition, drinking water after waking up can also help the body's metabolic processes and remove toxins from the body. Not only after wake up, people should drinking water before sleeping. The resulted in, it is make your sleep more relax.
Drinking water about 30 minutes before eating can help expedite the digestion process. However, it should be noted too. You only need to drink 1 glass. Because, excessive water content, can be processed the process of food dissolution and enzyme functions needed by the digestive tract in digesting food.
Drinking water is important for our body. We usually have prospection that we should drinking water more than  2 liters. In the article, sometimes we found that drinking water more 2 liters can be diet optional. Because mineral water is the best simple choice and low budget for diet.So, many people especially who doing diet with mineral water drinking too much in a day.


Drinking water too much isn’t good for our body. Accordingly, overhydration cause water intoxication or hyponatremia. In that condition the inside of the cell will be excess water due to low levels of sodium in the blood circulation. Overhydration is usually experienced by patients with kidney failure, participants running long distances, or participants who drink lots of water. In severe cases hyponatremia can trigger seizures, coma, and even death.
